WHERE IS ABSOLUTE BRAUNTON'S NEW STUDIO?

We are based in the heart of Braunton, in South Street

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?

Sessions are Mon to Fri at 6pm. Mon and Wed at 7pm and 9.30am on Saturday mornings. We have daytime sessions Mon to Thurs at 10 am and Sunday at 10am at our Barnstaple location. You have dual membership. Whatever availability you need, we have, to help cement your new fitness habits

WHEN CAN I START?

Whoa whoa whoa, slow down, we aren’t even sure if we’re the right fit yet!

Although if you’d like to feel stronger, fitter, healthier & more confident with your physique? We probably are.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT?

Do you need to have an incredible barnet before heading to the hair dressers?

We’ve worked with people in their 60s and 70's that have never stepped foot in a gym in their life and successfully help build their fitness, strength and confidence with our individualised approach to training.

Whether you’ve grown up with a barbell on your back, and currently feel a flight of stairs winds you more than scaling Everest? We’ll cater your training and guidance to you.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER?

After your initial 6 weeks most of our graduates do two things One, they go shopping for clothes to fit their newly renovated physique (or drag the relegated “used to wear” clothes out from the depths of their wardrobe)

& two, they ask how they can continue working with us. We offer simple and effective membership options to crack on post 6 weeks if it makes sense to do so, supporting you every step if your transformation We will sit and go through how the 6 weeks went and then go through all your options at that point.
